T E U Hotel & Apartment Da Nang was truly a fantastic place to stay. Because our flight to Da Nang landed at midnight, we contacted the hotel the night before to make sure we could check in smoothly and that there would be staff available when we arrived. They were very responsive and even provided us with a phone number to call upon arrival so we could be assisted right away. That level of communication made us feel confident and taken care of from the start. When we finally got to the room, everything was exactly what we hoped for. The space was perfect for the price we paid—stylish, aesthetic, and comfortable. The bed was especially great: it was huge, which made sleeping super relaxing. After traveling late at night, that comfort really stood out. The location was another big plus. There were plenty of local restaurants and cafés nearby, so it was easy to find food and enjoy the area without having to travel far. My Khe Beach was also close, which made our days even better. The only thing I think could improve is the policy around staying past check-out time. We checked out about 45 minutes after the 12:00 PM check-out time, and we were charged 100,000 VND for the extra time. While I understand they have rules, I do think flexibility would make the experience feel even better. Overall though, we had an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend T E U Hotel & Apartment Da Nang to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Truly amazing aparthotel in Da Nang, very modern, clean and luxurious. No mold or dampness feeling in the rooms, big windows, lots of natural light, very comfortable beds and good looking furniture, lost of space to store the luggage and very friendly staff.

The Property: The units are exceptionally updated, featuring a high-tech, modern aesthetic that feels fresh and new. Unlike many "updated" listings that fail to deliver, T E U provides a consistently high standard of hardware and comfort. Everything from the layout to the amenities is designed for a seamless experience. Location & Lifestyle: The location is a major asset. You are in a prime position to explore the local food scene, and having the beach in such close proximity makes for an ideal daily routine. It’s the perfect vantage point for both the urban and coastal sides of Da Nang. The Service (The Real Difference): The hardware is great, but the staff is why I will be returning. From the host to the cleaning team, everyone connected to this property is professional, friendly, and proactive. They never failed to maintain the high standards of the building and made me feel like a valued guest every single day. Verdict: Highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable, modern, and high-standard stay in Da Nang. To the team at T E U: Thank you for the hospitality—I look forward to staying with you again.

Far from a Hotel or even a Motel… TV doesn’t work, YouTube Doesn’t Work, No Netflix, mold in the bathroom, construction noises, stains on the pillow, bedsheet, no hand soap and dirty air conditioner. There’s an Owner, Daughter and 1 Staff that’s not very responsive, not helpful, and can’t speak English. You better only travel with a backpack if you’re staying here because there’s no elevator for luggage's or someone to help you with your bags.
