    This place is rated too highly on most platforms, however it is utterly pathetic for a business traveller. The staff is cold and has no manners when it comes to greetings and receving a guest. The reception area has Air-Conditioning but they never switch it on. The staff is primarily trained for marriage and events and they have no understanding of business travellers. The staff will wake you up at 7 am in the morning with a kettle of coffee, without any requirement for the same. The bathroom door could'nt be closed properly as it was not designed properly. The room assigned to us did not have a window. The only pros are good parking and spacious rooms.

    Overall, our stay at the property was pleasant. The hotel was well-maintained and clean, and the staff was consistently courteous and attentive. The room was appropriately spacious for our party of three adults. We dined at the in-house restaurant on two occasions and enjoyed the food both times. The daily breakfast spread was satisfactory, with a special mention to Mr. Rajesh, who managed the breakfast service with commendable professionalism; the fresh dosas were a highlight. ​However, we encountered a significant issue regarding the check-in policy. Prior to our arrival, we noticed conflicting information online regarding check-in times—one platform indicated a 24x7 check-in option, while another listed 2 PM. We proactively phoned the front desk for clarification and were assured that 24x7 check-in applied. Upon arrival, the Front Office Manager declined to honor this confirmation, stating that 24x7 check-in only applies to direct bookings, and imposed an early check-in charge of ₹1,500. ​While the policy itself may be standard, the situation was handled poorly. The manager was receptive neither to our explanation nor the prior verbal confirmation we received. Improved communication and a more customer-centric approach to resolving such discrepancies would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

    Everything was good, all staff was good except for the guy at the reception. Is super rude and can't even talk to the guests respectfully. He shouldn't be in the hospitality sector if he doesn't know on how to treat the guests.
