    First of all at the time of check in, the hotel staff denied for the breakfast(we have added in our booking), the bathroom was stinking like public toilet, I was unable to breathe in that room. Somehow requested to change the room then it was on the 4th floor(the lift was not working). Again there was no latch/ lock in the bathroom. And later we came to know there was no water supply in the bathroom. It was pathetic. Don't waste your money please.

    Dear Agoda Customer Support, I am writing regarding my Agoda booking ID *** at Super Townhouse Oak Udyog Vihar, with check-in date 08 September 2026. I checked in at approximately 1:30 AM on 09 September 2026. Unfortunately, the condition of the room is extremely poor and does not meet the expected standard shown at the time of booking. The issues I found are: • Poor and unhygienic wall condition • Poor/insufficient room amenities • Bed condition is not satisfactory • Bed sheets are dirty • Towels are dirty and appear to be inadequately cleaned Considering the condition of the room, I am not satisfied with the accommodation and do not feel comfortable staying here. I request Agoda to immediately intervene and provide a suitable alternative accommodation or arrange a cancellation with a full refund, without any cancellation charges, as the issue is due to the property's unacceptable room condition. I have photographs/videos of the room condition as evidence and can provide them upon request. Please treat this as an urgent complaint and provide a suitable resolution immediately. Regards, ***
