    One of the worst experience. I stayed there for 2 days and for the entire duration water supply was not there, they will provide you water in bucket. Mattress was also extremely uncomfortable. Only satisfying thing was AC in the room.

    The hotel was clean and well-maintained with decent facilities. Staff were polite and check-in was smooth. Great value for couples looking for a short, budget-friendly stay. A few more amenities would make it perfect!

    Reached hotel at around 7pm, and was greeted by staff as " Sir pahle hi bata dun hamare hotel me ac kaam nahi kar raha hai" I was like ok, then do something, arrange me a room, or help shifting me to another hotel, as I have already paid in full through site, to which the petson at reception said " Wo hame nahi aata hai, senior se baat kariye'". After that he talked to somebody over phone and gave me a room 103. Now in room, ac is working, but tv isn't, upon asking they said "tv uda hua hai". Washroom light not working, which they changed. I decided to stay as I was tired enough, to argue/ search another property . The other morning commode was leaking upon flushing, I had to splash a bucket of water, before entering again. The experience was horrible, it seems there is no interest of owners to look after property, they are interested in collecting money casually whatever is coming through online reservation or direct booking. The online platform which are giving space to these kind of hotel, should look that they have and give customers all those that they advertise, because we see pictures only before booking any room in a hotel.
