We ended up extending our stay from 2 nights to 4 and had no issues. The staff was wonderful at the front desk and the housekeepers were friendly as well.

Had a horrible experience with this hotel I booked online because I seen pets were welcome and that by booking online with the reservation company I was getting a good deal or so I thought. I made sure to read policy’s for both the hotel as well as booking company, the booking company confirmation I have says I paid all applicable fees and taxes at the time of booking and all I needed to bring to hotel was my id my form of payment(card) that was used and so I done that and upon arriving I went to check in and ask if I was able to book in earlier than the 3pm as I arrived three hours early and instantly the staff member got very rude and unwilling to not only listen to what I was asking or saying but he threw my id and credit card back at me and said either you come back with card that we can charge 50 dollar damage fee too which mind you I knew nothing at all about before and during time of booking policy only states that the hotel might have additional charges upon arriving if you had special request or if you had an animal that was not a service animal. So at the point of learning this I was upset and thought I had just lost 60 dollars I paid for a room and was denied access too I tried twice to speak to the staff member and both times he was rude and refused to hear my side of it. The other adult that was with me went inside and finally was able to get our key for the room. I will never stay there again the so called breakfast was horrible also no choices hardly and staff said what is there is what we have. And my dog had to stay out in our car all night. And we was not able
