    I've stayed here several time. Only minor issue was shower head cracked at hose connection. Spraying water on ceiling. Advised staff. The placed the room do not rent out until hose replaced. They have always fixed issues when informed.

    We were visiting from NY. We were family with kid. We got a smoking room, though it was signed as NO SMOKING ROOM. As soon as we entered the smell of cigarettes took out our smell sensors. We were soo tired so we somehow dozed off. The morning we saw the carpet felt you are walking on paddy fields so we put on our shoes. Bed sheets torn with cigarette burns. Pillows are all dead. When you take a shower the bathtub clogs and u can see dirty hair in the outlet. We had been to a bad motel once before and thought it was the worst in East Coast. But this one steals the trophy and I think no other motel can take it from them now! Word of advice - NO! Money will come again! ** Charged me extra 7$, don't know why.

    Our room door was not opening every time i had to get back to my room i had to take someone with me to open my room from front desk. The key card was not working Rest rooms were not clean at all No basic toiletries were given like a decent soap (the one that was there was already open was maybe used by the guest before us) Comforter was very thin. Heater was not working and temperature was -13c. It could have been a much better experience if some of the basics were covered properly.
