This room's A/C unit was full of visible mold, dirt and filth. I'm a customer with asthma and Graves Disease which affects my respiratory system. I reported the issue to the hotel management and staff but nothing was done about it. No one from the hote ever came to my room to look at the A/C unit, clean it nor try to remove the mold. I left the hotel sicker than when I arrived from inhaling the mold each day/night of my stay. I enede up at the ER the night I checked out of the hotel. The toilet also didn't flush and constantly clogged up even when not in use. I was given a plunger and told to plunge it, which I had to do daily. The day after I checked in, my room wasn't serviced by housekeeping. I was also told to pay extra fees for my room even though I booked through a 3rd party company because one of the front desk agents placed me in the wrong room type due to the late hour I checked in. I was told that I was put in a King size bed room even though I booked a Queen size. Then a lady claiming to be a manager tried to make me pay multiple fees for the hotel's mistake of placing me in the wrong room type, and she even tried arguing with me to get me to pay the fees. I told her that I was ill and facing cancer while she was trying to get me to pay the additional fees and she was dismissive of my health issues and very condescending and non-empathetic. Other members of the staff were more polite but she was exceptionally rude.
For the price of these rooms, I expected better conditions as well as better customer service. Unfortunately, I received neither. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
