The hotel is very decent for the price. It’s located in an industrial area, so without a car it’s not the best neighborhood. That said, with a car you’re about 15 minutes from everything, which makes it quite convenient.
I wouldn’t stay more than a week, but for a short stay or as a budget option, it does the job well. The hotel is clean, and overall offers good value for money.
The breakfast is very basic — fine for one or two days, but after that you’ll want to plan other options.
The only real downside is the surrounding area: it’s purely industrial, not walkable at all, and I would avoid walking around at night.
If you’re on a tight budget and have a car, this is a solid compromise.

Hotel was quite a distance from central activities in French Quarter etc. I had to hire a car to get around. No laundry as coin machine was damaged by thieves. No bottled water or glasses in room. All soap,shampoo bottles were empty. No one changed towels entire stay. Overwhelming smell in room, maybe carpet cleaner or a room spray. No window to open for fresh air, room very stuffy

We are currently staying at the hotel. So when we arrived,just before we entered to our room,the door was open, so it was a bit of a surprise to be honest and then afterwards we found out the lock was broken. When we entered the room, at first sight it was clean,but then I looked at the ceiling,and it was pretty dirty,with a lot of dust... We did not
