The first room that we were assigned on first floor the bedsheets were wet. The staff on duty was not accommodating and same with the am staff at the front desk.

It would have been just another Hotel but the stench from the carpet was foul and has not been properly cleaned for a long time. Also about time they retired the wafer thin bed sheets. A basic clean room is not to much to ask is it?
