Pretty good deal for what you get. Free breakfast and a good location. If you’re not looking for fancy, this place will be a good choice. It’s in a quiet location and the property is clean and quiet. No complaints.

There are three hotels in Fruita on the south side of I-70. We've stayed in all of them. This is the best bang for your buck The staff are frirndly and helpful Great Mexican restaurant across street. We'll be back!

Unfortunately, my stay here was truly mediocre. The best part is the location. Easy to get to, close to the Colorado National Monument, some restaurants close by. That’s it. The room was musty when I walked in. All the lights were manual lamps - no wall switches. Couldn’t get the TV remote to cooperate but was too tired to ask for help. The staff were all responsive. Breakfast was a little sad. Small waffle maker. Yogurt in a mini-fridge. Coffee in a pump thermos. Hot water not hooked up to the coffee machine. Bowl of bananas. But there was no flow to it. Everything was separate - you had to walk back and forth to get plastic ware, waffles, yogurt, etc. It wasn’t all in one place. Anyway, I think I messed up when I saw the Wyndham name. This one truly is a motel. I set the wrong expectations. If you’re on a budget, this one will be fine.
