The room itself handled the basics.
* Very clean.
* For 1 person, queen bed was fine. Comfortable too.
* Coffee & tea available in-room
* Having a microwave & frig was nice.
* Having a sliding room double as the closet door was "unique".
* WiFi was somewhat problematic. Dropped twice. The "premium" signon was offered, but never worked for me.
* TV had a lot of channels, but not a lot of sports. Could choose all or by category, but did not work for a specific channel number.
** Overall room score, considering I was looking for only the basics: 4.25 stars
Lobby: Could use a little work.
* It was clean & organized.
* Checkin person was not very engaging and not particularly friendly.
* Went two different times to the desk after check-in -- later at night and when I left around 4:30 AM. Able to get in with the room card in both cases. Went to the desk. Saw no bell to announce my arrival. When I called out, there was no response either time. Glad I did not have an emergency.

Other: Ungraded
* Registered on Agoda as a single, not two people. Their receipt showed two people. Maybe no difference in the charge, but I thought it odd.
* No elevator available. Had to use OUTSIDE stair access, and had to use room card to access. Glad I had no large suitcases.
* Not sure if there was an indoor pool or other amenities. Was only there for sleep overnight.
All parking was on one side of the office. The stairway was on the other side of the office. Only one handicapped spot.
Overall, despite the inconveniences, I got what I wanted. Not sure I got what I paid for it. 3.75 stars.

We booked in advance and requested no smoking and a ground floor room. We did not get a ground floor room. As soon as I opened the door the smell of cigarette smoke smacked us in the face.
The staff was friendly and I did not complain, but it was really bad.
