    The staff was not a kind and helpful at all. Any questions I had to him was not positive and he replied with excuse and his own reason Like example the Internet was not worked at the room. I when told him it was not working and then he just said some guys are working and some are not it was not a proper answer to the customer. And room smell was strong and paint was off many place. And heater was not working either. Not a recommendable place at all.

    It was fairly clean, and well-furnished. The staff were nice enough, though it was a bit obvious they didn't want to deal with me. I booked a mobility accessible room from a third party, and when I arrived they said I had been overbooked, so I wad given a regular room which made it hard to shower. I don't think this was their fault as communication with third party sites concerning availability is I'm sure a bit difficult. As far as comfortability, the mattress was a bit of a stiff spring type, and not my personal favorite, though the linens were clean and made up nicely. Housekeeping staff were very polite as far as I could tell. The hairdryer was connected to the wall and the cord didn't reach the outlet, which was a bit inconvenient, and the tub faucet dripped loudly all night into the drain, so closing the bathroom door helped. The free breakfast is pretty good for such a small place, available from 7am to 10am, and the waffles were delicious and not difficult to make.

    We booked 4 rooms for May 26 & when we checked in , front desk staff gave us 4 room keys of room #214,216,218 &222. When we opened room#216, 3 people were already occupied. When I went back to front desk & told the staff about that, he didn’t apologize & said how did it happen. Terrible customer service! I’m the one who should say that. Then he gave another room key of room#218 which was already one of our 4 rooms. When I said that he replied how can he know which room is working or ours. I couldn’t believe how he worked at front desk. He could easily check in the computer system which rooms are assigned to us. After that he gave another room key. This time I let him open that room & it wasn’t cleaned yet. And then fourth times, he gave another room. Finally it’s empty & looked clean. The front desk guy didn’t even apologize. We never had such kind of experience in 16 years of traveling trips. That guy was very rude & very unprofessional.

    Was very nice cozy room staff was very polite and friendly my wife and I stayed for two night and had no issue close to beach and casino and food
