The staff person wasn’t big on communication, lots of awkward silences not knowing if he was still working behind the desk on my reservation. The refrigerator leaked water and made a lot of noise during the night. The toilet had bowel movement stains and the outside the toilet was stained with urine. The mattresses were horribly stained, I could see because the sheets were not pulled all the way down. The outside of the hotel had Rodeway Inn banners and the usual yellow 8 signs were not visible. I had to ask the front desk if I was at the right location. That should be fixed since the building has no identifying brand name on the outside that’s at least correct with the current ownership of the property.
