There were no staff there to check people in. Other guests had to let us in, and after calling the number, we had to wait about 20 mins for someone to arrive. There was nobody there during the stay as far as we could tell. The room had no AC nor fan, so the windows had to be open at all times. This not only meant that it was noisy until the street quietened down, but you woke up the second the sun rose as well. One of the basins was blocked in the ladies bathroom, and there were only two women's toilets - and a lot of women staying. There is nothing actually wrong with the place - it seemed clean and pleasant, but it isn't somewhere I would want to spend more than a night or two.
