The location was perfect and easy to reach, complemented by spotless rooms that were spacious and comfortable for a restful sleep. The facilities were well-maintained, offering all necessary amenities including reliable hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, providing great value for money and overall enjoyable experience.

If you wish to avoid crowds and tourist traps then this is off the beaten path location and perfect to connect with nature and disconnect with the bustle of town in Banff. Its just a hassle to work around transpo between times and gondolas and shuttles but totally workable. Wish they have at least a microwave oven onsite bec food options are very limited no variety and its very expensive to buy there each and every meal.
