    The Phu Quoc Sunset Sorrento did not provided the services as advertised. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations due to showing pictures of a rooftop swimming pool that doesn’t exist. I believe a refund is warranted as we specifically chose this hotel for this feature. The owner offered us to take us to a pool one afternoon during our 7 day stay. We have then encountered some unplanned additional fees to take cabs and rent chairs at the local beaches. We then got an email from Agoda offering a partial refund. The link was defective and we didn’t receive a new email to activate this refund. Despite reaching out via the customer support application.   This is false advertising and it’s deceptive and deceitful. The room had a broken blind.  The ceiling fixture is defective and stays on all night.  The linen in the room was dirty and stained.  No daily housekeeping. We needed to request towels to be changed. Floors are extremely dirty. The bathroom is always full of moths. There is a very strong moldy scent in the room. No matter if we opened the window or not. I definitely would not recommend this hotel.

    Good place to stay, close to the Kiss Bridge, and some amazing restaurants and the cable car station. Lindsie helped me with almost everything needed.
