We purposely went here with friends for the 4th of July party. NO where on our reservation were we told we would have to pay extra to go to the “party,” which wasn’t a party. It was literally making you pay to eat at the food court. My son couldn’t get food at the food court without paying another $25 on top of the already overpriced , just ok food. It was ridiculous.

This offers a beautiful view of Charlotte Harbor (no water access or boat rental that I could see) which was a negative, but the staff are friendly and it's new and clean and everyone is cooperative and willing to help.
Be prepared for full scale resort prices for spa/salon, restaurants and food court along with valet, parking etc., but that's how those people are making a living. So come and enjoy yourself - arrange your own way to the water and find something to do other than tan and swim - you'll love the atmosphere!

The hotel was clean and staff were great. But there is not much to do at the resort, only a couple of pools and eating. Spa services were nice. Good place to just relax.
