    Friendly staff, great value for money, close to the city center It’s about a 12-minute walk to GO Thai Nguyen, a large supermarket, and around 20 minutes on foot to the city center. The owner speaks a little English, and although the staff don’t speak English, they were very kind and helpful. Cleaning wasn’t done daily, but it seems like they would do it upon request. The facilities were clean, and there is an elevator, which made it convenient to carry luggage.

    My partner and I stayed here for 1 night in July 2025 after we miscalculated how long our bus journey would be and so needed a last minute place to stay. We arrived in Thai Nguyen at 23.00 and got a 3 minute taxi to the hotel. The hotel looked closed but we were able to call the number via agoda. The reception of the hotel is straight down the alley, where the owner was able to check us in immediately. We stayed in the standard double room. The bed was huge and relatively comfortable. There was some general wear and tear in the room such as marks on the walls and discolouration. The bathroom was fine not gleaming but adequate. Would recommend ear plugs due to the loud cockeral crowing very early in the morning, however we were up early for our bus to Ba Be so it didn't affect us too much. Good location as the bus station is only a 12 minute walk away so would recommend for anyone needing a place to stay between buses.
