Situated right on the main promenade opposite Finikoudis Beach this could not be in a better location. Additionally the smaller shopping streets with many small boutiques, restaurants and coffee bars are almost as close on the other side of the hotel. with St Lazarus Church about a 5 min walk away.
The rooms are perfectly fine, if a little dated although the bathrooms seem to have been renovated at some point. Cleanliness was good. A small kitchenette is available although the placing of the electric sockets in our room are a Health and Safety risk as the lead stretches across the walking space at chest height. Rooms with balconies and sea views are available, although our room faced the other direction. A large entrance area common to 3 apartments gave a large space for exterior seating though.

Would be nice to name your apartments something else USE your imagination and name it something else
We thought we were booking (THE ACTUAL HOTEL on the corner). Dark hair receptionist rude and fake. She could take it down a notch no one forced you to take the job. Also we didnt get the paper with wifi password or info. There's a pool but we can't use it? Safe non existent its a metal box with a key in it. Reminded me of a Cuban 3 star apartment.
Plot twist: The hotel that we thought we were booking it's that hotels pool 🙄.
