    The checkin staff seemed half asleep when we arrived. He initially claimed we didn’t have a booking, even after we showed him our reservation details. He kept insisting there was no record of our booking. When we mentioned that payment had already been made, he dismissed it, saying what we showed was “just a reservation.” Only after we expressed our frustration and insisted he check again did he suddenly found our booking.

    Hotel new and clean, staff is kind and helpful, food is taste, swimming pool is also good for us. There are some questions to designers/constructers of the hotel. They did not take into account features of used plastic. This plastic is deformed with time: as a result, screws loosen themselves, shower seals leak, and small handles break off. However, the number of such cases is very limited.
