    If you are looking for a clean and comfortable place in downtown Cancun , this is a good option. The room was really clean, good air conditioning, great water pressure and hot water and tv was good too with a few English channels. The only issue was that the rooms do not have wifi. If the management were to offer wifi in rooms, this would have been a great option. Also, this is located next to Mercado 28 (local market) where you can flight so many places to buy local crafts at a great price and to have plenty of local food.

    I believe you cannot expect too much for this kind of low-budget hotel. Pros: - We, 2 persons, got a 2-bed room, which was quite spacious. - Staff were friendly and helpful for any requests we made. - Wifi was quite fast and stable during our stay. - hotel is really close to Mercado 28, where you can buy souvenirs at reasonable prices and have local meals. - There are plenty of nice restaurants, convenience stores, post office and supermarkets nearby. - Just 15-min walk to ADO bus terminal and 15 to 20-min ride to the beach or pier to Isla Mujeres or airport. Cons: - There was no hair dryer and the staff said they do not provide it. - 9am in every morning, staff will start cleaning service, and you will wake up because of the noise. Most people can keep silent at night (but some did make noise in midnight). - Some little insects found in bathroom. - Shampoo provided is awful and finally we bought a small bottle of shampoo at a supermarket nearby. - You need to renew your room card everyday at reception as the card is valid for 1 day only. - Remote control of the TV in my room was broken.... at first we thought it may be out of battery, but the staff found out it was not working after replacing the batteries.
