    Overall the location is nice in a residential quiet neighborhood, the staff is also very helpful. My main issue was, I booked a suite, but when we reached the property they said they gave the suite to someone else and offered us a family room. I get that it's the more expensive option but I booked the suite specifically but alas couldn't have that option which was a bummer. Owner did offer us a complimentary breakfast in return which was a nice gesture but still was a little dissatisfied with the overall experience

    This place is brand new. Few things are still under construction. But that did not become a challenge for my family to relax and have fun. Friendly owner. Cozy place away from the highway.

    The place is in Panchgani, in proximity to the main mahabaleshwar road and panchgani market. The rooms and services provided are top notch and owner is very approachable
