    We had a lovely stay at the Stratton House over the Christmas period. It is a great spot to explore the Cotswolds. The room was spacious, but it was a little pricey when we booked.

    Room was very dated, we could hear the dryer from the toilets below most of the night , Tv did not work Also had a meal in the hotel , ordered catch of the day , which was told was a whole sea bass . When it arrived head was missing and when I cut in to it , it was grey and had a funny smell and taste They did say it came in fresh from there suppliers that morning and will talk to them and did I want anything else , By this time I was put off by there food They took the price of the bill , I also told them at reception it was my birthday, and assumed they would do something But there was nothing All staff was lovely We won’t be staying at this hotel again
