Very clean and excellent service from the frendly staff. You can easily stay in the hotel as it has many different facilities and has a warm feeling also. We went as a couple and had great time. What it needs is more brands of beers ans the spa needs a little improvement from the massage perspective.

We stayed for 2 nights all inclusive. Staff at check in were good and friendly - that's where it ended. We found the staff overall to be unfriendly and just had an attitude of getting through their day. Food was mediocre - it caters for the masses with little to no imagination. And really disappointed that they didn't highlight Cypriot food more. Meat portions were small - roast turkey one night was 2 tiny pieces and when I asked for more I got an eye roll and another slice under duress. The salad bar was the best. it's off season so they only offer 2 A La Carte restaurants and the menus are very limited - they are also just cornered off areas one in the dining room and one in the bar lobby so lack ambience. Cleanliness wasn't great - lots of long dark hairs in our room and bathroom and not ours! Also Jacuzzi area not great. But indoor pool is small but lovely and great when weather is bad. Drinks - well let's just say I got a Mojito made in all of 5 seconds and I'm not convinced there was any alcohol in it! We tried a few cocktails and none were great. Wine is red or white - no choice and you have to pay for any others at €5 a glass. Also things like Aperol are extra. On a positive note we did try the spa and has some treatments which were really good. So overall definitely not a hotel for us and very disappointed with food & drinks - I can't even say it was good value as we don't believe it was. We won't be back.

We had a lovely stay overall. The welcome was warm, with a nice greeting and champagne on arrival, which set the tone nicely. The rooms were great—while not exactly as advertised, the views were still very enjoyable. Housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels and cleaning done daily. Breakfast was fairly standard, but the à la carte restaurants really stood out—they were amazing, with plenty of vegetarian options. A special mention to Andreas, who went above and beyond to make sure we were always well looked after, even arranging for the chef to prepare extra dishes for us on some evenings. Drinks were also a highlight, especially the beer and local wine available on tap. We really enjoyed having access to the private spa and hydro pool, although the main steam room and jacuzzi area could benefit from a bit of an update. Overall, a very pleasant stay with some standout service and dining experiences.

Beautiful hotel & rooms fantastic staff fab entertainment singers great but need to change their playlists as sing the same songs in the tiki bar food good in all restaurants and lots of choice staff great at bar areas.
