I recently stayed at this property for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, especially Ms. Aayushi and Ms. Paro at the front desk, who were both professional and polite throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, even though I arrived at 9:00 PM.
I appreciated the warm welcome, including the thoughtful gesture of presenting a Ram Ji embroidered stole. The food served was delicious, and the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The property’s location is also ideal, with convenient access to nearby temples.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property.

We were in a Cocoon room. There was absolutely no space to move . It was claustrophobic. Bathroom was badly designed . Water from the bath area splashed all over the place. As there was no door mat outside the bathroom, the room itself was getting wet when one walked out of the bathroom. Surprisingly there wasn’t even a bucket & mug in the bathroom. There was no chair in the room. ( there was no space for one). While in the room, we had to stay only in the bed . From one side of the bed, From one side of the bed one had to strain the neck to watch TV.
In the adjacent room which too was booked by me., one side of the bed on with the wall. The person using that side of the bed had to climb on to the bed and move to that side.
Overall, the rooms were quite uncomfortable and designed poorly. Did not match with what one associated with Sterling. Certainly did not match the price that was charged.
Food was good . The Restaurant staff as other staff were very courteous
