The building does not have elevator so it was quite difficult to go with toddler pwd and senior citizen.
The view and the accessible location is good but the price is a bit expensive so members of their program avail discounted price but it seems a reap off price specially their foods. The breakfast are big size but not a good. Bacon is over fried and tapa is so dried. The hot cocoa is so lame. Not kid friendly meal and place but no choice but to utilitize it as it is.

We booked this hotel with the hope of having a room with a view of Taal Lake, however we were very disappointed. Available rooms did not have a view. At 4k a night this is quite expensive compared to other options in Tagaytay.
The room is quite small... The bed is near the TV. Limited space to put your bags and stuff. Bathroom heater doesnt heat up very much and the drain cover easily gets dislodged.
Ugly.. Or should i say... No view from our room.
No elevator, so if you have a lot of stuff, you need to take the stairs. Staff are relatively okay. The restaurant here is a bit pricey. The bibingka is large and tasty.
Parking in front of the hotel is limited.
They charge 3k upfront for room deposit. It's redundable at the end of yoir stay.
