The Raffertys Resort with its facilities is nicely presented for relaxing holiday. However, there are 2 major set back during our stay there, very bad services experienced by us, which are as follow:
12May2026, there was a power blackout from 23:30 to 01:15 which was very very dangerous to us as elderly group --> the Resort has no standby generator to restore power in which we had to stay put in total pitch dark for almost 2hours.
13May2026, we had major problem of inserting all provided keys to open the main front door due to some kind of breakage of its internal mechanism. Coming back after dinner at 20:00 for 3hours to 11:00 we had to stay out in the cold weather after calling the emergency services of the Resorts more than 4 times. Apparently, I was told over the phone by the lady answering my emergency calls that she could not contact the Management of the Resort nor the head of maintenance services. Indeed it was a very very poor services in the emergency situation, especially to us the elderly group who needed to use the bathrooms regularly and already very tired in the late evening.
VERY POOR EMERGENCY SERVICES OVERALL ---> Score 1 out of 10, the 1 score only for the lady answering the phone, but she still unsuccessful to locate the responsible Management and his/her emergency team.

We had a villa with Loft which was very spacious however parking is an issue. I didn't know we had to park then carry all the things through a footpath. Great location

Our 2 bedroom Terrace plus was an overwhelming minus during our 2 night stay. Very dated, a filthy rug, an iron which shorted out the power (not great when staying for a wedding!) and then a toaster which didn’t work. Final straw was brown water coming out of the taps due to onsite maintenance. Would not recommend for the price.
