The hotel is super clean as always, but the staff is rather untrained and lack of customer service. Avoid the spa for nails, the lady doesn’t know what she is doing at all. I Had to go to an actual nail salon after having paid for a butchered job. Avoid the bakery the manager, “Sophie” is unprofessional and lack of sympathy. She made us paid for a piece of cake that no one ate and also she ate the cake in the kitchen.
Go early to the airport to avoid hotel transportation miscommunication.
Positive : both restaurants are amazing and the staff over there is super nice and welcoming. The gym is perfect and clean. The pool is also very clean. Love the Italian shower style in each room. The hotel is well located.
