Friendly staff, pet friendly, exceptional value and good location were the reason why I chose this place. My room has a microwave and mini fridge, along with a flat screen tv, blow dryer and iron and ironing board. There was hand soap but no other toiletries to boast of. I needed an inexpensive place to sleep and shower as I was traveling a long way. I didn't focus on amenities. Although my room way very clean and check in was easy and quick, the dead bolt on the door wouldn't lock, the toilet didn't flush and in the morning, there was no hot water for the shower. The bed was comfortable and that's what I needed the most. The pool was unkept and closed. And the ice machine didn't work. Those last few things didn't matter to me but I thought I would mention them as they are added amenities when I reserved my room online. When I got ready to leave I attempted to get the coffee from the lobby that they also mentioned, but it was locked up tight, no coffee in sight. I was please with the cleanliness of the room and the value so I didn't bother to complain about the things I didn't need. But a good review includes everything. They do not offer a breakfast. So if a inexpensive night's rest is what you are after, this is the spot. It was very quiet and no loiterers hanging around in the well lit parking lot like most other cheap hotels. I would stop there again myself in the future, but I would definitely make sure the hot water worked the next time.

WHY IS CHECK OUT TIME 11AM BUT THE OWNER HAS HOUSEKEEPING KNOCKING AT THE DOOR AT 730AM ASKING WHEN WE ARE LEAVING!!?? RIDICULOUS ALSO WATER WAS SHUT OFF WITH NO WARNING..... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
