    They’re so eager to collect their payment even before the checkout. We have extended our stay for the day and that day from morning they have been knocking at our door for collecting the payment. They came at morning we said we will pay later as we are sleeping, again they came in the afternoon and knocked for collecting payment. I told that we will pay when we are going outside but they told us they are going out to get money and wants us to pay ryt away. I was so pissed off because i was in the sleep and when i told them that ur disturbing us then they’re saying, its already afternoon mam 🤷‍♀️. I have been to many places and stayed in many places but not even ones they asked me for the payment before the checkout. And the location they gave in the website is different and the booking hotel is different. So we have to search the whole town for that address as they have so many properties under the same name . And im very disappointed in how they are treating guests . Its so unfair
