    From the outside things look nice but once you pull back the layers you see the true value or lack there of. Only two elevators and only one worked. My wife and I got our steps in by using the stairs, our room was on the 4th floor. We checked in on Friday and checked out Monday morning, not once did we see anyone working on the broken elevator. My biggest gripe, if you don’t ask for room service you will not get room service. I would not have minded so much had that been explained upon check in. One other annoying thing was the constant lower audible vibration in our room. It sounded like a large machine nearby. The location was good although a little noisy due to the chick fil and gas station located next to the hotel. On a positive note, the room was clean, staff was friendly and the location was great. Would I stay here again, probably not. Sorry Marriott!
