The hotel exceeded my expectations for value. Super quiet room and comfortable bed. The serving staff at breakfast and the food served was also great!

We didn’t stay they were overbooked. They checked us into a dirty room it was awful. I just tried to upload pictures but it keeps saying failed it was sloth off skin on the toilet the shower glass was cloudy.. it was filthy…

This was listed as a good price. However, the rooms showed some signs of aging (wall paper peeled off, furniture scraped/dented, TV not up to date, colors reflected a few decades old) and the swimming pool water was foggy with the roof peeling from the lingering humidity and a strong chlorine smell.
Having said this, I still rate it 4 stars since the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly/very accommodating, and the hot breakfast was well taken care of. My wife was handicapped and they provided a room (upon availability) that was alot easier on her. The handicap parking areas were adaquate and close by the entrances. They had abundant shopping areas nearby.

We booked a king suite for myself, my husband, and son. My son was to sleep on the sofa trundle pull out but the sofa was dirty looking and stained, and there were no sheets or blankets in the room for it. We borrowed an air mattress and sheets from family we were visiting and asked for linen to cover the dirty looking sofa so we could sit on it. The chair at the desk was very unstable, wobbling and hazardous to sit on. Only one nightstand on one side of the bed unlike the pictures, with no plug for charging. I used the ironing board as a nightstand on my side. We were only there 2 days and didn’t complain. The staff was very nice and breakfast was good. We paid around *** for those 2 nights, next time I’ll pay more for a more up to date hotel.
