    Overall I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are truly outstanding — very warm, friendly and always ready to help with any requests. Service is definitely the highlight of this property. That said, the facilities could use some improvements, especially the bathroom. There is no wet‑dry separation in the shower area. The floor gets wet every time after showering, which makes using the restroom quite uncomfortable. If they upgrade the bathroom design, this hotel would be much better. I would still recommend it for travellers who value good service.
