We enjoyed our night here. The staff were wonderful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The ocean water can get a bit murky right in front of the resort, but the pool is pristine. Unfortunately our room had a few like the AC unit malfunctioning a few times, as well as there being no hot water.. but I believe we were just unfortunate. Friends staying in the same hotel had hot water and no issues with their AC.

The personnel did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Nearby the pier and the resort arranged for tours and transports for our stay. Warm service especially by Davy and another gentleman who welcomed us at the pier. The room was spacious and clean except some mold on the ceiling and curtains; otherwise, we found all the amenities in the room. The swimming pool was great for families, the bar service was superb! Food was delicious. Bring insect repellent and insect bites products as there were a lot of sand flies on the beach and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and outside. Will be back.

No safe deposit box in your room Resort should instal a dead bolt in the outside of the bathroom door because the shower is open to the sky and only has metal bars and any child or thin waisted man can climb up there and squeeze thru and enter your bathroom and bedroom that way I had to secure our bedroom door handle by cord to a closet door handle so nobody could enter our bedroom that way There is also a 1 inch gap under the bathroom door that made my wife not very happy on our honey moon trip Avoid this resort at all cost if you value your safety and valuables 😂 The food and staffare very good on the other hand 😂
