There were several issues with the room provided. The carpet was wet and when alerted to the customer service desk, they just stated to contact facilities manager. I had alerted that my family has an infant. We had to purchase sandals to walk inside the room because of how moist and wet the carpet was, it literally blackened our feet and socks. Asked several times for certain bowls for an infant to make soup, in the 4 nights booked to stay, no one followed up even though came out to front desk. Management needs to train staff to understand the smaller details needed to make guests feel that the facilities have the needed amenities, and cleanliness.
