    The only bad thing I can say is they charge a lot of money to valet your car (50.00+, a day) there is no free parking, so you park on street at mettors or near by parking garages. The parking garage behind the hotel weis 7.00 a day and 3.00 for a nother special they have just don't remember what it was...point being, b

    The hotel is located in the downtown. It is rather close to the 16th Street. It has a comparatively much lower price than other good hotels nearby. Everything is good.

    The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the valet staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service from several other employees significantly affected our stay. The bartender’s customer service was very disappointing. When I approached the bar, I greeted her, but she did not acknowledge me or respond. After I requested a cocktail, she walked away without asking any questions about my preferences. She prepared a drink using a low-quality bourbon without confirming what type of whiskey I wanted. When I politely asked if it could be made with a different bourbon, she remade it, but it felt rushed and as though she simply wanted to finish the interaction as quickly as possible. Throughout the entire experience, I felt unwelcome and treated differently from other guests. The front desk employee was also unfriendly and dismissive. She did not appear interested in assisting us and made us feel as though our concerns were unimportant. As international guests, we left with the impression that we were not treated with the same level of courtesy and respect that every hotel guest deserves. The most concerning issue involved housekeeping. At approximately 8:00 AM, a housekeeper opened our room door without knocking while we were asleep. We asked her to leave. Around 10:00 AM, the same thing happened again—the door was opened without knocking or waiting for a response. At that moment, my girlfriend was changing and was only wearing her bra, making the situation extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing. Entering an occupied guest room without knocking or waiting for permission is a serious violation of privacy and should never happen. Overall, while the room itself was satisfactory and the valet team did an excellent job, the poor customer service and repeated privacy violations by housekeeping left us with a very negative impression. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and provides additional training to ensure future guests receive the professional and respectful service expected from a hotel of this standard.
