    The hotel is well located and was fairly clean (some dirty spots in the shower but not too bad/ not surprising for a hotel). The overnight parking was very expensive but in fairness probably comparable to that in other hotels in the area. We ended up using SpotHero and parked a 9-minute walk away from the hotel for three nights for what would have been the price of one night of hotel parking. The things they should work on: providing clearer instructions at check in regarding how the hotel credit can be used and, crucially, when (we received a very confusing explanation at check in and then a kind member of staff gave me a voucher instead before we checked out). The housekeeping situation is not great - we weren’t told at check in we wouldn’t receive any during our stay. If that is their policy, I think the rooms should be given enough tea/coffee/creamer for the full stay. We were two adults and received 3 coffee pods for 3 days, and two of them were decaf; also, 2 disposable coffee cups - not ideal at all! It shouldn’t be incumbent on guests to request coffee pods from reception. Overall would probably stay there again if in town and the price was reasonable. I’d know what to ask for at check in.

    I was attending an event at the convention center. I had one of their loft rooms, which was very nice, with high ceilings and modern decor in a section that had its own entrance across the alley from the main lobby. I would be happy to stay there again.

    We've stayed here two years in a row for an event in the convention center. Parking is easy in the Chestnut St. garage behind it, and it's great to be able to leave my car there while at the event. Our room has always been clean and nice, beds comfortable, mini fridge in our room. Staff is helpful and efficient. Restaurant food is tasty and interestingly presented. The destination/resort fee of $20 per day is silly. You can apply $10 of it as credit toward drinks or food in the snack closet next to the check-in desk, or in the restaurant, but the credit expires at midnight the first night (or at least that day's $10 amount expires that night, if you are staying multiple days). But except for that we like staying here and will look to do so the next time we are in Columbus.

    Before we got to stay at that hotel, we were promised to have a deluxe loft room with the bricks on the wall and a couch. We came in the room, the lights were dimmed, it was really hard to see the room. There were no brick walls or couch. We were so surprised that there was also no microwave in the room. For the price of what the room it was very subpar.
