    They used an older building and integrated new, modern design among it. It's really interesting and smart way to build around. My only con is that the hallways are open- so if it rains too much, or if it's mosquito season, you want to run into your room. Very cool aesthetics though.

    I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient—it’s close to Taichung Railway Station and only about a 7-minute walk to Nantou Bus Gancheng Station, making it a great choice if you’re planning a trip to Sun Moon Lake. There are also shopping malls, a 7-Eleven, and plenty of places to eat nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn’t great, as I could hear noise from the neighboring rooms. One thing I really appreciated was the luggage storage service. I stayed overnight at Sun Moon Lake, so being able to leave my luggage at the hotel instead of carrying everything with me made the trip much easier. The hotel also offers tour packages to Sun Moon Lake and Alishan by car, which is convenient if you prefer not to arrange transportation yourself. Overall, it’s a great option for travelers looking for a convenient location in Taichung. Despite the soundproofing issue, I would still recommend it for its accessibility and helpful services.
