    Comfiest bed I’ve stayed in! Showers are big , food is great and staff are helpful. A 2 minute walk to Kennedy park’

    When I booked the place looked like the main Selina , but they told me they are now another hotel and not related to Selina at all , while the main photo here was from the other previous Selina hotel , also all the common areas from which there where fotos where not in this hotel .. the name sociatel doesn’t match this hotel as there is NO place to socialise. Out of courtesy they upgraded my room , but the bed was still very uncomfortable to sleep in and the shower was kind of broken (room 803, test it yourself ) Further the room pictures did not match , the shower is broke , only hot water worked well , but I could easy burn myself . The bed was way to soft , I got a back pain the next days and the fabrics where dirty from blood stains (I have to foto) . Unfortunately I realised later that Selina got bankrupt and some investors bought up the remaining assets of the company and continued running the hotel with absolutely minimum care about the hotel rooms nor the online visibility as it was full with errors and misleading information and the hotel clearly lacks maintenance. Only one elevator working , broken shower , bed sheets with stains , worse bed with back pain as result , fotos from the previous shared location , while essential photos of the current place missing . Also here in Agoda check out time is at 12, while at 11.30 the cleaner asked me to leave my room in 10 minutes … I hope they improve but if they continue like this I except another bankruptcy soon … Thank you for the reception staff , who could not help that other part of the company is mismanaged
