    We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel for one night and it was the most incredible experience staying at a hotel that I’ve had in a long time. The staff were the kindest, most attentive, most welcoming, most helpful and just hands down amazing people and we couldn’t have been more blown away by how amazing the experience was. From the minute we arrived we were taken by the front staff to our room and shown around, everything was explained to us and that was not just for our room but the entire property. Then we made a reservation at the hotel restaurant and the front staff arrived at our door to escort us to dinner. It was beyond helpful and we were so appreciative of the level of service that we experienced. The dinner was lovely as was the traditional breakfast - all in all we would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone and we would definitely go back again. It is also nestled in a serene wetland park with the most stunning scenery and the facilities onsite are awesome. Thank you very much to Snowy and Sunny for such an incredible stay. We would honestly give them the highest marks possible for everything for their 5 star service – definitely an 11 out of 10 because they went over and above so it is only fitting that our review for them is over and above the top marks that you can possibly receive! And it is well deserved, believe me. Please stay at this amazing hotel - you will not regret it.

    Overall this place is very cozy and offers an elegant Chinese-style vacation experience. It has an outdoor swimming pool and a lakeside tavern, making it a perfect spot to relax. The Western breakfast is delicious and the host is enthusiastic, offering 24-hour service. I really like it here; it’s a 30-minute drive to the city center. In the evening, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. I highly recommend it to everyone!
