We opted to stay in the snow room as a once in a lifetime bucket list to do experience. I had a hard time getting comfortable as a side sleeper on the very firm mattress. The sleeping bags they provide do keep you cozy warm, though, and by the 2nd half of the night I was sleeping soundly. The snow rooms are beautiful, though, and we valued the unique experience. One night in the snow room is enough, but then opt for the cabins. They looked really nice (and their mattresses are likely more comfortable!)

The hotel resort is a big tourist trap. Good we had was very good. The stay in the ice hotel was very interesting and I would do again. The cost was high but is a very unique experiance. We also used the free snow shoes to go for a walk which was excellent. Shame there is no free pickup from the airport but is free drop off and pickup from main town

we're thrilled to have enjoyed the scenery and views here.we stayed for 3 days and even caught the northern light one of those nights.
Not to mention the king crab,and the hotel's breakfast and dinner-all were super delicious and plentiful.If we get the chance,we'll definitely come back again.

Was wierd to have late check in at 9pm and early check out (0730 wake up) on account of paying visitors to see your room. Relaxing area was suitable and amenities were fine. Slept right through the night which was an unexpected plus.
