I have visited and stayed at the resort twice. Once in July 25 and again in August 26. To begin with the location of the resort is just perfect with the grand sight of the Lake right in front of your eyes.
The rooms have an entire glass wall facing outward giving a beautiful view of the Lake from inside the room as well. The rooms are near and tidy and the hotel offers 24*7 electricity which is quite an advantage and a helpful facility compared to other resorts in the vicinity.
The staff is courteous, food is average but then at that location it's ok. One can manage with their food.
Only one aspect they need to improve is the provision of hot water in the bathroom,which remains purely dependent on a solar system they have in place which is works average minus on most days .
Other than this the experience with them is quite nice .

Hotel is nicely located overlooking the Pangong Lake. Clean property with supportive staff.
