I booked hotel room with breakfast but , I don't get breakfast.
Very upset, I am also from hotel industry and working as manager in Dehradun, but this is worst experience, please don't book this hotel.

The Highlights
* Outstanding Hospitality: The owner is exceptionally polite, welcoming, and generously accommodated a late checkout free of charge.
* Good Complimentary Breakfast: The morning meal was tasty, fresh, and a welcome convenience.
* Working Essentials: The AC, ceiling fan, TV, and building lift all functioned without any issues.
* Basic Amenities: Clean blankets, fresh towels, soap, and drinking water were provided. The room includes a wardrobe and mirrors in both the bedroom and bathroom.
* Prime Location & Transit: Centrally located near major attractions including Marina Beach, Light House, Santhome Cathedral, Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Chennai Port, and the MA Chidambaram Cricket Stadium. Several bus stops are within easy walking distance, making citywide commute hassle-free.
Areas for Improvement
* Bathroom Condition: The bathroom needs urgent renovation. The geyser was not working (no hot water), taps were rusted and blackened,shower tab broken fall. and both the commode and the bathroom door need immediate replacement.
* Room Lighting: Overall room lighting felt dim, yet there was no soft night-lamp/dim option for sleeping comfortably.
Local Dining Tips
The immediate vicinity has limited quality dining options; most nearby spots serve oily fast food, and street stall hygiene is questionable. Beachfront eateries can also be quite steep for solo travelers. A nearby Bengali restaurant offers solid, comforting North Indian-style food if you want a reliable sit-down meal.
This hotel is a practical choice for budget-conscious travelers prioritizing prime city access and gracious hosting, provided management tackles the overdue bathroom repairs.
Verdict: Stay Recommended. I will choose the hotel for my next trip to chennai again. Do complain to owner about the toilet Commode and Taps in bathroom if not changed. This will help owner response if multiple provide feedback.
To owner: Please change the Commode, Taps and Showers. Almost all floor rooms needs this change. I check like 4-5 rooms before accepting Room 505. Geyser already I believe you are replacing.
