I booked a stayover extension specifically to rest, but housekeeping walked in at 9:00 AM despite a paid reservation and an active "Do Not Disturb" sign.
Management verbally offered a 50% refund to compensate for this severe privacy breach, but they refused to provide a receipt, transaction ID, or proof that it was ever processed.
On top of that, I was improperly charged a $10 pet fee. Their published policy clearly states: "Your first pet stays free and the second one is a $10 per night charge."I was traveling with a single, quiet, undersized Labrador.
When questioning the fee, the front desk clerk (***) became openly hostile. Later when I went to the lobby for a cup she harassed me about my dog's size, fabricated an unwritten weight limit, and claimed I would not be welcome back. The persistent hostility made the environment so unwelcoming that I spent the remainder of my stay confined to my room just to avoid confrontations.
Between the unauthorized room intrusions, deceptive billing, and combative staff, I cannot recommend this property.I felt very unwelcome and spent most of my "last night" hiding in my room except to take the dog out.
