    O atendimento foi o pior que já tive. Os dois atendentes além de não serem nada simpáticos, ainda não passaram informações básicas na recepção. Wi-Fi do Hotel, ramal para atendimento caso uma necessidade. Eu tive que descer duas vezes na recepção por problemas com Wi-Fi como hóspede não tinha senha e nem login, o secador parou de funcionar e não tinha o ramal anotado no cartão ou em qualquer lugar para que pudesse pedir outro. Eles deixam no quarto um QR Code para facilitar o atendimento, que direciona direto para o WhatsApp da recepção. Porém eles respondem oi e não respondem mais nada, o hóspede fica no vácuo. Além disso no chuveiro tem um suporte de vidro para colocar sabonete entre outros e estava solto por pouco não caiu no meu pé. A comida é muito boa e o local é limpo. Mas são extremante desorganizados.
