    Garner is Frederick was the absolute best place to stay. Very conveniently located, clean, friendly staff, and comfortable room. We will stay here again when we come to visit family nearby.

    Initially, we were assigned a room when we checked in. However, when we went to the room, we were shocked to find that someone else was already occupying it. The occupant screamed loudly when we opened the door, which was extremely frightening for both me and my little children. After discussing the situation with the hotel staff, they apologized and arranged another room for us. While we appreciate that they eventually provided a different room, the entire experience was extremely disturbing and frightening. After a long drive, we came to the hotel expecting to have a safe and peaceful place to rest with our young children. Instead, we experienced one of the scariest and most stressful situations we have ever encountered at a hotel. Having another guest already occupying the room we were assigned to is a serious safety and privacy concern, and it was especially terrifying with small children.
