Positivo: Ótima localização e excelente café da manhã. Preço dentro da média.
Negativo: Wi-Fi terrível, lento e instável. Um dos piores que já usei em um hotel. Fui atendido por três funcionários diferentes na recepção e nenhum deles foi educado. Notei manchas escuras próximas da sacada, creio que são de mofo.

The hotel is very well located if you stay in downtown, but if you’d like to enjoy the best beaches in the island it’s about 20 minutes by car to reach Canasvieras for instance. The room was ok, the mattress were good and the bathroom was big and comfortable. The best thing was the breakfast because it’s variated and fresh. The worst I think, was the internet so if you want to work online you will be in trouble as the connectivity is very bad. Also, the customer services is deficient as the first night, we had trouble with the AC and nobody could fixed it or offered to change room. We had hard time to sleep due to the heat and also, the smell of food coming from the kitchen as it went through the bathroom window. Also, we had to shower with cold water;
Part of our room was flooded next to the balcony and we had to climb up the stairs due to a flood in the whole area, however, nobody from the management talked to us about it or handle a note informing us regarding the situation. Overall, we did not have a good time there and as a consequence we do not recommend it.
