Avoid this listing. The room was completely different from the photos and the layout didn’t match at all. Cleanliness was unacceptable – bedsheets didn’t seem properly washed, dust everywhere, carpet not vacuumed, and signs of bed bugs. There were also the host’s personal items and even a broken lamp stuffed in the closet, plus rubbish left around and no proper bins. Communication was a nightmare. The phone number listed didn’t work, so I couldn’t contact the host directly, and it took hours to get any response. It was also extremely difficult to reach Agoda support. Even after finally getting in touch, the check-in process was poorly explained. There were no clear instructions on how to access the property, where the lockbox was, or which key belonged to which lockbox. It was confusing and frustrating. Even the person sent to inspect the property agreed it was not as advertised and not suitable to stay in. I didn’t stay the night, had to book somewhere else, and still didn’t receive a refund. A complete waste of my day and time. Would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
