The hotel was nice, but breakfast not included. You could order breakfast at the hotel restaurant/bar but we decided to just door dash. The pool was pretty much empty the entire stay and the room was decently clean. No complaints there. But the airplanes were a little loud, and our neighbors were louder. They had young children as well, who were yelling and crying all night and morning 😕

I love coming here and so do my kids but ever since they changed from Marriott to best western the whole deposit system changed. I dont know if I would continue coming here if that doesn't get fixed. I am still waiting on 2 nights of deposit which has been almost 2 weeks waiting nowm I called multiple times and no one gets back to me or is letting me know why it is taken so long to get my deposits back. I have stayed at hotels that are not to pleasant and the longest I waited for a deposit was 3 to 5 days. Its been since October 5th is the day I checked out. It is October 14 today and I still haven't received anything yet. I have never seen any hotel hold anyone's deposits for this long. Im not the only one complaining I read several reviews saying the same exact thing. One guy said he waited 27 days then you guys took his deposit. That's bad business. If I dont get my deposits soon and if you guys do not fix this issue then you just lost a faithful customer who comes there almost every weekend. I need awnsers soon because im starting to get very impatient now.

This hotel has holes in the walls, super long hallways (not good if you are disabled), and beds that make funny sounds when you lie upon them. The shower was at floor level and really had no way to grab a towel to dry off before you left the shower.
