    The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist us and did their best to address our concerns, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my husband experienced some itching during our stay, and we were concerned about his comfort, so we decided to book another hotel for the remainder of our trip. While this affected our overall experience, we would still like to acknowledge the staff for being courteous, responsive, and doing their best to help us. The hotel has potential, and with some improvements and attention to guest comfort, it could be an even better place to stay. Thank you to the staff for their kindness and assistance during our stay.

    We needed a hotel room for 1 night as a transition between halong bay and sapa and it did the trick very well. It’s an older hotel, everything is older and would benefit from a refresh but everything was clean, the rooftop pool was nice and the staff was super helpful
